Enjoy a sauna session on Wednesday, April 29, at West River Cafe. Enjoy one hour to cycle multiple times between 200 degree wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge (optional, but fun!). The sauna seats up to 5 people and a sauna host will be there to answer any questions. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna and come hydrated!

Sauna is located at West River Cafe at 485 West River Rd. (Route 30) in Brattleboro, VT. There are bathrooms you can change in. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session.
