Community Sauna Sessions

Book your session below! Spend a relaxing hour in our wood-fired sauna, cycling between heat and the cold outside. Each session has a maximum of 5 guests. Book for yourself or with friends and meet new people! Sauna is an amazing way to be in community. A sauna host will welcome you and answer any questions you may have. You will have one hour to cycle freely between sweating in the sauna and the cold exposure or cold plunge outside. Sauna guests are required to be clothed- we recommend either a bathing suit or sportswear. All sauna sessions are located at Wild Carrot Farm, just 5 minutes from downtown Brattleboro at 511 Upper Dummerston Rd, Brattleboro, VT 05301.
