Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Community Sauna and Private Sauna Hours

For community sauna and private sauna hour bookings we have a 48 hour reschedule/cancellation policy.

You are free to cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment. As a small business, last minute changes/cancellations are challenging to fill, which is why we have this policy.

If there is an illness or some other emergency please email us hello@brattleborosauna.com and we will work with you.

Sauna Rentals and Hosted Home Sauna Sessions

We understand that plans change for many reasons including those out of our control. Therefore, the following cancellation policy applies to Sauna Rentals and Hosted Home Sauna Sessions:

  • Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before the rental period begins or Hosted Home Sauna Session is scheduled.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 13 and 4 days before the rental period starts.

  • Cancellations within 3 days of the rental period start date are non-refundable, and any outstanding rental fees will be due.
