Enjoy a sauna session on Sunday, May 10, which just so happens to be Mother’s Day (however, you do NOT need to be a mom to book an appointment this day! All people welcome!). Enjoy one hour to cycle multiple times between 200 degree wood-fired sauna and a cold plunge (optional, but fun!). The sauna seats up to 5 people and a sauna host will be there to answer any questions. Please bring a towel to sit on in the sauna and come hydrated!

Sauna is located at Hilltop Montessori School at 99 Stafford Farm Hill in Brattleboro, VT. There are bathrooms you can change in. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled session.
